PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a Sequential Prophet VS ROM Cartridge Model 241-06. The Sequential Prophet VS Model 241 is an official Read-Only Memory (ROM) cartridge designed for the vintage Sequential Circuits Prophet VS vector synthesizer. It instantly expands the instrument's sonic palette by providing 100 preset ROM memory slots for sounds, relying exclusively on the factory’s base 96 digital waveforms. Because it is a ROM cartridge, it functions entirely as a read-only library. Unlike its counterpart, the Model 240 VSRAM, the 241 does not allow you to save your own custom patches or reprogram the 32 user-waveform slots onboard.
