WORKING CONDITION: Excellent. All five switch positions and the high-pass filter work perfectly. Finding an MD441 with the original locking mic clip is becoming difficult these days, and this clip, although with some dried tape on it, still secures the mic as it should. This microphone sounds fantastic.  

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Very Good. There are a few tiny abrasions from use (see photos), but the metal body and grille are absolutely solid. The rotary switch is smooth, as is the high-pass filter switch.
