PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a pair of Vintage Neumann MM2 Omni-Directional Measurement Microphones w/ consecutive serial numbers! 

The hyper-rare and unique looking Neumann MM2 Microphone was built by Neumann in the early 1950's as an industry standard measurement mic used to calibrate other microphones. It features the exact same internal components of the classic U47, along with the VF14 tube and the same Omni capsule in an M50. The long neck separates the capsule from the amplifier preventing any coloration of the sound field.

Imagine getting the combined features and sound of a classic U47 body with an M50 capsule! For those that have every classic in their mic locker, they are likely missing these as there were only 90 made! We will not likely see this mic ever again!

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Excellent - In superb condition. Just a couple of scuffs and general aging around the casing of the mics. Otherwise, everything is tight, clean, and intact. Original components. Overall, the physical condition is excellent.

WORKING CONDITION: Excellent - Both mics have been tested and inspected by Vertigo Recording Services and they sound great! Everything is fully functional and in excellent working condition.
