WORKING CONDITION: Excellent - Plays great! It's tough to find a 12-string guitar that has low action and plays easy up the neck to the 12th fret, but this one does. It has really low action and the neck is straight, rare find! The 12 strings really resonate and provide an incredible tone.  

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Good - Some visible scuffs, dings, scratches and abrasions can be seen around the body, neck, and headstock of the guitar. There are a significant number of strum marks on the pickguard and body of the guitar as well. Enough Fret-wear in the first position to know this guitar was play quite a bit, but still plenty of years left and notes ring clear with no issues. No damage or stress or buckling with the bridge. Otherwise, everything is expertly crafted, well-kept, and currently in good physical condition.
