The REF ERROR LED blinks when it is powered up if the unit does not see an incoming Master Clock and / or there are no Slave Clock units connected.

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Excellent. The display screen is visually crisp, and all of the buttons, LED's, and iO jacks are in top condition.
