WORKING CONDITION: Very Good. The rack ears are straight, and the covers fit together snugly. 

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Good. There are some blemishes in the finish, and there is some ingrained dust in the crevices, but the metalwork is solid, and the handle is completely stable. This is a great portable 2U rack made of metal, not wood.
