PHYSICAL CONDITION: Very Good - There are a few very minor scuffs around the device and a small amount of oxidation Otherwise, everything is intact, well-built, and ready for action. Overall, the physical condition is very good. 

WORKING CONDITION: Very Good - Works well. The elastic bands aren't included in the listing and the foam inside the windscreen has been removed. However, the shock mount is very sturdy and the windscreen is very protective. In general, the working condition is very good.
