WORKING CONDITION: Excellent. This is one of the most comfortable Rickenbacker 12-string electrics we have encountered. The action is low without any string buzz yet the guitar does not feel stiff. at all. The sound of the High Gain single coils is anything but - it retains all the chime of the vintage "Toaster Top" pickups but with enough output to push an amp into a light crunch with the guitar is played hard. 

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Near Mint. All of the wood and metalwork is unblemished and the frets are in excellent condition. The switching is quiet, and all 5 pots operate smoothly with great dynamic range, throughout. This is a stellar example of a 360/12 in near mint condition.
