WORKING CONDITION: Excellent. This guitar is an absolute cannon of sound with an incredible dynamic range. Collings Guitars is well-known to be one of the top luthieries in the world, and this D3 proves that point. The guitar plays amazingly well up and down the neck and can cover any style of music at the highest level. Low and clean action throughout the neck. This is a truly incredible instrument.

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Very Good. There is some light finish checking on the top, and a few tiny bumps on the top of the headstock. The bottom rear bout has an inch-long hairline crack near the binding, which appears to have been caused by a bump. The frets are in good condition - this guitar was played but never abused. Still, given its age and wear, it is in stellar condition.
