WORKING CONDITION: Very Good. All selector keys, drawbars, switches, volume pedal and Leslie modes work as they should. The key bed feels solid, and the drawbars all move smoothly. Both the Leslie drum and horns spin freely with a very low noise floor at idle. The added Trek RD-1D Spring reverb is lush and thick. This unit comes out of a recording studio here in Los Angeles where it was maintained by some of LA's best Hammond techs. The studio was using the Hammond less and less over the years and decided recently to let it go to free up some space. Its a great sounding organ! 

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Good.  There are signs of age and use on all sides of both units. No damage, just good natural wear and patina that warms the heart. The internal chassis and electronics have been well-maintained and the valve amplifier section looks great. One of the two thumb wheels for attaching the rear control cavity panel is missing but the wood is snug and held on well. The bench currently feels solid to sit on but it has damage on two corners where the legs connect and some pieces of wood have broken off. Those pieces are included.   

Overall, the Hammond and Leslie are in very good solid condition and seem to have had a pretty good life indoors and ready for their next home!
