WORKING CONDITION: Excellent - Plays great. Set up nicely with good action. Unlike a lot of electric 12- strings that feel tight and cramped, this one feels nice and makes for an easy transition from a regular 6 string. Tunes up well, and the action and intonation are quite nice.  All of the electronics and controls are fully functional and provide an incredible tone. In all, everything is in excellent condition.  

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Very Good - Atypical scuffs and abrasions can be seen around the body, neck, and headstock. The paint is checking throughout, and there is a peppering of chips around the top F-Hole. The binding is tight throughout. Original tuners have been replaced with more reliable Grovers as well as the bridge harness, original is included.  Frets 1 and 2 have some light divots but the rest show almost no wear.  Otherwise, everything is expertly crafted, well-kept, and in very good physical condition.
