PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a Mutable Instruments Edges Eurorack Synthesizer Module. The Mutable Instruments Edges is a quad digital oscillator module for Eurorack synthesizers, specifically designed to emulate the "chiptune" sounds of classic 8-bit game consoles. It is now a discontinued "vintage" item, though it remains popular on the used market and via third-party clones.

SPECS:

• Designed to provide "clinically precise" digital waveforms rather than warm analog tones, the Mutable Instruments Edges features four independent voices.
• Channels 1–3: These generate square or pulse waves using a 4 MHz clock, with five selectable duty cycles (50% to 95%). These channels support hard sync and XOR ring modulation.
• Channel 4: A more varied channel that can produce NES-style triangles, sine waves, or various flavors of pitched LFSR (linear-feedback shift register) noise.
• Integrated Mixer: All four voices are summed to a single output, making the module suitable for creating chords or complex drones.
• Gate Control: Each channel has a gate input, allowing voices to be turned on or off without needing external VCAs
