WORKING CONDITION: Excellent: All bands work flawlessly upon testing. This is a great-sounding wireless and the feel is extremely similar to using a cable. Zero detectable latency and all LED's are completely visible. 

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Very Good. All selector switches work perfectly and there are very little marks or signs of use. THe rubber housing has a slightly tacky feel by design and so its collected a fair amount of debris as seen in photos. The (2) AA battery door is solid, and the 1/4" jacks are solid.
