WORKING CONDITION: Non-Functioning. The power cable is cut, and we did not attempt to solder it back together to test. 

PHYSICAL CONDITION:
 Fair.  Shows the common wear, tear and deterioration of an amp of this era. Tolex is peeling and worn but overal the chassis is solid and intact.
