WORKING CONDITION:   Very Good- Exceptional sounding mic with the Stephen Paul mod elevates the mic into a whole new range of performance and fidelity unheard of in a standard U87.

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Good - This microphone is in good physical condition. There is a sizable dent on the front and 3 smaller dents. Despite some scratches and dents, all three switches are in great shape. The microphone feels sturdy and its physical condition is good.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a vintage Neumann U87 Condenser Microphone modified by the late Stephen Paul. Stephen re-skinned the capsule with his custom 3-micron diaphragms and it takes the mic to a whole new level. 

This item was part of Dennis Herrings' studio production arsenal at his Sweet Tea and DTLA Recording studios.
