WORKING CONDITION: Excellent- The action on this guitar is the lowest we've ever seen on any instrument. The fretting is feather-lite right now. For those with a very light touch, it might be perfect but for those with a heavier hand, you might want to raise the action a little. It is quite an amazing build and its a delight to play.
