WORKING CONDITION: Excellent - Works great. Everything is easily adjustable and plays nicely. The beater for the kick drum tends to tap the snare only because the snare is slightly lowered due to the missing band. However, everything is fully functional and in excellent working condition. 

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Excellent - A few very minor abrasions can be seen on the parts of the wooden frame. One of the bands holding the snare is missing and has been replaced with a zip tie. Otherwise, everything is solidly built and nicely intact. Overall, the physical condition is excellent.
