WORKING CONDITION: Excellent - Both speakers are working nicely. Each woofer and tweeter is sound great. All of the channels and controls are fully operational. In all, everything is in excellent working condition. 

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Good - There are some notable scuffs and abrasions around each speaker exposing some of the wooden chassis. The foam around each tweeter is slightly deteriorating. Otherwise, everything is solidly built, intact, and in good physical condition.
