WORKING CONDITION: Excellent - The guitar still has the original strings and factory set-up on it. We did not change a thing. It could use some new strings, which are included, and probably an updated setup.  Tonally this guitar sounds incredible as well. In all, everything is in excellent working condition. 

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Mint -This guitar is in mint new condition as it has never been played. It still has the original plastic on the pickguard and even that is spotless with not a single strum mark. Upon close inspection, there are no perceivable blemishes anywhere on the guitar save for a faint surface streak on the bottom bout of the guitar, a completely preserved time-capsule guitar from 2010!

We did leave the original strings on the guitar just to keep it 100% original, even though they have oxidized and should be changed. ( A new pack of Martin strings are included!)

This guitar was purchased brand new in 2010 by a music enthusiast who did not play guitar and was mainly into collecting nice guitars! The guitar has been on display in his music room for years until now and for a lucky new owner, a guitar in mint unplayed condition! What an amazing find!
