WORKING CONDITION: Very Good - Set-up very nicely and great action and clean notes throughout the neck. The stereo pickup system sounds wonderful and is a very nice custom feature on this guitar in addition to the already unique photon pickup option installed by Gibson.  

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Very Good - This guitar comes from the personal collection of session guitarist Mitch Holder. There are some very minor abrasions on the body and on the back of the headstock of the guitar. This guitar was custom-made for Mitch at the Gibson factory to be compatible with a K-Muse Photon Midi Converter System which they owned at the time. The guitar also has a custom pickup system installed by Rick Turner of Turner Guitars which has stereo outputs which is really cool.

There is a 15-pin input as well as 2 1/4" inputs on the guitar. The photon pickup is mounted on the bridge as well. In all, everything is clean intact, and ready for action. The physical condition is very good!

We are pleased to present this item from the personal gear arsenal of guitar great Mitch Holder. Mitch has a career spanning several decades starting in the 70s as one of the go-to sessions guitarists for top artists such as Frank Sinatra, Barbara Streisand, Lionel Richie, Dianna Ross, & Barry Manilow and playing on soundtracks such as Saturday Night Fever, Grease, and countless others!

"The Photon pickup was factory installed when I got it as they owned Photon and I was already using it when they bought it.  Also, I believe that the pickup system was designed and installed by noted luthier/pu designer, Rick Turner of Turner Guitars. He added back plates for the pickups control volume and panning as his system was in stereo as there were two output jacks.  There are also back plates for one or two 9-volt batteries as I recall as the pickups were active.  Those pickups sounded great, much better than the stock one) and I used that guitar for quite a number of projects.
